Download all your reflections as a JSON file. Keep this somewhere safe — cloud drive, email to yourself, a backup folder. This is the file you would use to restore everything.
Download a human-readable archive of all reflections. Useful for reading, printing, or sharing with a teacher. Not intended for restoring back into this app.
Restore reflections from a previous backup. Existing entries with the same ID will be replaced; new ones will be added.
Permanently delete every reflection from this browser. Export a backup first if you want to keep them.
Sign in with Google to sync your reflections across devices. Reflection text is encrypted in your browser using a passphrase you set on first sign-in — Google sees only encrypted bytes. Lose the passphrase, lose the cloud copy — save it in a password manager. Your local copies are never deleted.
Your key is stored only in this browser’s local storage and is sent only to Anthropic’s API. You pay Anthropic directly for any usage. Do not enter a key on a device you do not trust. AI features remain hidden until a valid key is configured. Get a key at console.anthropic.com.
Choose a passphrase. It encrypts your reflections in this browser before they reach Firestore — Google never sees the plaintext.
Save this in your password manager. If you lose it, your cloud reflections cannot be recovered.
You have N reflections stored locally. Upload them to encrypted cloud storage so they sync across devices? Your local copies stay where they are; the cloud just adds a backup.
